Aug 8 2021 Recently had ACDFsurgery with Mr Khan, l can't praise them enough. The outcome of my surgery outweighed my expectations, brilliant surgeon! Surrounded by an amazing team of nurses, technicians, physio's, pharmacists, radiographers, hostesses and the admin support staff that tie it all together. Wouldn't think twice of going there again, but hope not too! Five star service?????

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Whilst we can’t discuss individual cases or details because of UK data protection laws, I can confirm that a full investigation took place as a result of this review and Paul Taylor, Hospital Director, responded to you by letter on the 26th February with the findings. As explained in the letter, at Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital we deliver consultant led care. This means a consultant assesses a patient and determines the requirement for any further tests, scans or treatments, the same consultant then reviews the results, this is to ensure we deliver expert and excellent care. All our pre appointment and pre operation communication contains information about fees and explains that if a patient is using medical insurance they should contact their insurer for clarification on what’s covered by their particular policy.
