May 31 2022 Post operative physio was cancelled repeatedly. They have no contingency for staff absence and useless telephone advice!

May 31 2022 My husband has just had his post-op physio cancelled for the second week running - meaning no physio which is key to a full recovery! As we paid for a package which included his physiotherapy treatment we are very disappointed that we have not been able to access this key follow treatment.
