Jul 18 2023 From start to end of my medical stay at Droitwich Hospital, I had an excellent experience. I had a full right knee replacement and stayed for 4 days (previously had full left knee replacement at same hospital). The accommodation was first class, with my own room, en-suite, TV and great food. The whole of the staff from consultant to nurses, recovery nurses, night nurses, physiotherapists, admin, porters, catering staff, housekeeping (especially the 2 sisters), were all amazing and nothing was too much trouble. I felt more like a guest than a patient. During my NHS stay I was treated with total respect, care and dignity. The aftercare was brilliant, from physiotherapist to emergency doctor appointment on a Friday afternoon. I would definitely recommend this wonderful hospital and the fabulous staff. Thank you Droitwich Hospital.

Apr 20 2023 I had an Appointment at Droitwich at 6.30 pm today. At 5.15 pm today as I was about to leave. they rang to cancel it. My experiences have been just awful. They keep you on the phone for ages, cannot connect you, promises to ring you back just do not happen. They will not use ordinary text messages or e mail. They send you secure messages which do not work. Hopeless.
