Hello I was referred to Shirley oak pain mgmt for the problem with my back tail bone. I was advised with specific exercise - one single exercise precisely to address the problem and latter an injection. I was worried if this injection would become a continious ongoing treaatment. However Dr. Ravi Srinivasagopalan advised me to continue the exercise and touch wood - I have never felt to visit the hospital again. My pain completely disappeared.
