My partner has a gastroscopy in March 2023. We were told on the day that 6 biopsies were taken and in 2-46 weeks the results would be returned. Since then we have had nothing since trouble. Our doctors have no record of the procedure ever taking place, let alone the results. I spoke with the secretary for the doctor who did the procedure and they did not know any biopsies were taken even though she did them! It turns out the report produced is wrong which the secretary informed me happens often. I then had to call the NHS co-ordinator and was informed the biopsy results are there and she wasnt sure why I was told otherwise. She told me the results would be sent to my doctors the same day. Then I called again 3 days later and was again told the results would be sent the same day. We are now 5 weeks on with no results being received by our doctors. My partner has been in A&E twice due to this illness but we cannot proceed until the results are produced to our doctors. No one has any urgency or accountability and it is getting beyond ridiculous.

Three days spent after hip operation which left me with dropped foot & in terrible pain in the foot. After 2 weeks it dislocated whilst lying in bed ! it then dislocated a few weeks later sitting in a chair both times ended with me in Casualty at Bury Hospital. Three months later & still in so much pain been to Ipswich Hospital for nerve tests where the surgeon there told me to apply for a Blue Badge. So not looking good still in soo much pain. Wish now I had waited for Mr Al-Hadithi to do the hip operation at Bury.
