Every time I have received the best possible care from all the staff (receptionists,nurses,consultant, anesthetist and physiotherapists) also the food was very good. All of my operations went very well and would not hesitate to return if I needed any further treatment in the future.

Jul 11 2023 After a long wait I was reviewed by spinal surgeon who seemed to be quite in a hurry. He did not introduce himself what to speak of greeting a patient in a decent way. He did not bother to examine me which can be checked from his notes, He just said few words quickly and that’s it. I had to ask him questions even about warning symptoms and Physiotherapy etc .He did not even gave me a pain killer. My GP had advised me better than a specialist like him. I think he must have assigned me just 10 minutes. Extremely disappointed. I hope my concerns would be addressed as I am very upset on this treatment.
