After a lot of research, my GP referred me to Boston West Hospital because he hoped they would help me there. I went with the hope that after a year of looking for the cause of my ailments, it would be over. Unfortunately, the doctor said that he could not see anything and directed me to an MRI, which said that nothing was coming. I was on 3 visits and in the meantime I had consultations with another doctor who made 3 diagnoses. I returned with this diagnosis to Boston West Hospital, but unfortunately no examination was conducted to confirm or rule out this diagnosis. The doctor only said that he would not treat me and asked why he was not receiving treatment in his country. He was very unkind and made me not want to continue healing. I was only looking for help because I have been living with great pain for a year and because of this I suffer from depression which after the last visit to this doctor my condition worsened because his words made me break down. I didn't get the results of any tests, I got a prescription for painkillers after many negations. The visit was terrible, I went hopeful that he would finally solve my problem and I left devastated by the way I was treated, a very unpleasant conversation that made me cry for the rest of the day. Patients who come for help should not be treated like this, even if they come from the NHS, because every person deserves respect and help, not only those who pay. I will never go to this hospital again and I will never recommend it to anyone, because despite the fact that it is private and of high standards, it cannot teach my petsonel to respect other people!
