Mar 17 2016 My cousin has been in the care of Sellywood house for more than a year now. He is completely bed-ridden and unable to care for himself at all. He also has severe dementia and, because of this is sometimes violent and lashes out and swears at the nurses. They show him nothing but kindness, compassion, care and love! Yes Love! His every need is cared for, the food is excellent,he is always clean and so is his environment. He has his own pet names for all of his personal nurses and has insisted on having their names printed in large letters. (he is partially sighted) placed on the wall. In the view of us, his family, this home must be the best in Birmiingham if not the whole of the West Midlands.Our thanks go out to them all.
