Harborne Lane Nursing Home

Harborne specialised centre is a friendly and caring home for people with complex caring needs. Our uncle came to stay, and was made very welcome and received the best care I have ever seen. He was treated with respect and kindness at all times right through to the end. His room was spotlessly clean. Clean sheets for his bed and clean towels, extra towels if needed. All his clothes were washed and ironed and placed neat and tidy in his draws and in his wardrobe. The staff showed respect and support to our uncle and other residents.They always made sure he was eating and that he drank plenty. We never had any concerns and went home with peace of mind. We would like to thank all the staff, laundry, domestics carers, nurses, reception and management. For all the kindness shown to all the family. I would definitely recommend this home we couldn’t fault it our uncle was very happy there right to the end.

Have recently moved my relative into this home. It’s bright and airy with lovely gardens. The staff seemed kind and professional.
