The Old Vicarage is a family run care home for 21 residents. They cater for frail elderly and some with early dementia.
Whilst aiming to provide a high standard of physical care, professionals encourage residents to maintain their independence. Their opinion and suggestions are always listened to sympathetically.
The Old Vicarage is conveniently situated between Bradford-on-Avon, Trowbridge and melksham, but with the usual village amenities close to hand. There is a landscaped garden with seats, pond and mature trees.
All rooms are single, with TV and telephone. There are computer facilities for the residents& use.
There is a dedicated activities organiser for a wide range of events, including massage, chiropody and reminiscence which are all included in the fees.
Staff are selected with care with special reference to personality and experience. Owners believe in their continued development and training.
Residents are encouraged to participate in their individual care, planning and the residents committee is active.
Pets can be accommodated by arrangement and visitors are welcome at anytime.
