Jul 12 2015 I / we would recommend the nursing home, the staff are very friendly and caring, our mum was only in there a short time, but birch grove could not have done enough for our mum. As visitors we were always welcomed and asked if we would like a cup of tea.. It was always very clean but the decor needs a bit of a spruce up in places. This is being a bit picky as the most important thing is how they look after the residents which in our opinion and experience was great.
