Westerleigh Nursing Home is situated in a quiet residential area of Seaford in East Sussex, close to the seafront and promenade.&

The Home and Gardens

The home was originally built as a private house in the 1930s, and carefully converted in 1984 to a nursing home, a purpose built extension was completed in 2006 to provide additional facilites and further single en suite bedrooms, making the total number of single rooms 29, together with one two bedded companion room. All rooms have the Nursecall Bell system and a telephone point.

The home has attractive courtyards and gardens, well planted and maintained by the social activitites team, together with& those Residents who enjoy& gardening. The gardens and& courtyards& are all accessible to wheelchair users, and those with reduced mobility.

The Care We Offer

As a Nursing Home we& provide nursing and personal care, mostly for older people,& and can offer long term, repsite or convalescent stays at the home.

We have Registered Nurses on duty 24 hours a day,& together with an experienced team of Health Care Assistants and& support staff, all of whom are ably led by our Registered Manager, Tracey Austin.
