Crouched Friars Residential Home

Our mum has been in Crouched Friars for only a week so far, she absolutely loves it, we're free to come and go as the staff are just so caring. Mum has a lively bright room with her own TV etc, I just can't say enough positive comments on her time here so far. It's fab.

Crouched Friars is a friendly professional run home, the staff are second to none and always go above and beyond the call of duty, I have never met a team who have the ability to make you feel at home the minute the open the door. Management are professional and easy to talk to, always have time for each and every resident and relative, highly respected by other health care professionals and are hands on, don't just sit in the office like most do ! I would recommend this home to everyone who is looking for a home away from home, each resident is cared for to their individual needs, no stereotypes or different wings like other care homes. My relatives time at Crouched Friars was proven with a happy statement stating it was the best time of her life, homely, friendly and not institutionalised.
