I have skills/values that match with the responsibilities involved in carrying out the roles of a care assistant/support worker, which include the following: I am a good listener. Being with people, who by nature are social beings, is a crucial part of providing care. One of the most important services I offer, aside from physical assistance, is connecting with and listening to clients. I am open-minded is important since I interact with people from different backgrounds, with all the behavioural, cultural, and religious variations that bring.
