Elm Cottage

Elm Cottage is a community facility for people with complex neurological needs following a traumatic or acquired brain injury. The service aims to provide long-term rehabilitation and enable people to continue to maximise their potential for improvement. The facility is able to accommodate up to three people. At the time of our visit, there was one person living at Elm Cottage. Elm Cottage works closely with its sister service Elm House which provides similar care. Elm Cottage and Elm House work alongside Elm Park, an independent hospital to provide a brain injury service. The provider of the brain injury service is Partnerships in Care.
