After 2 1/2 years, see my previous review, it boiled down to end of life care for my 98 yr old mother. The staff were fantastic throughout, never once was my mother left wanting. At the very end, one carer sang a gentle hymn type song, then said a prayer over her. It calmed my mother down, it was so touching, it really has changed me somehow, I dont know how! The staff were so helpful, respectful, obliging and professional in all aspects of my mothers care, theyve felt like family throughout, and Im going to miss them all terribly! Everything was explained to me. Thanks to everyone there! |

A first class home, friendly, helpful staff, really do care. Mum, 97yrs old, thinks the world of the staff and has nothing but praise for them. They spend time chatting with residents and have a laugh and a bit of fun with them. I dont believe that anyone is left wanting. Mum is clean tidy, well fed, warm and comfortable, what more could I ask in these her final years? The home is clean, tidy and safe. The best place for her! |
