Opened in 2003 by Cherie Blair, Rose Lodge is a purpose built care home which specialises in residential, dementia and respite care. The home features tastefully decorated bedrooms with en-suite bathroom facilities, spacious lounge and dining areas, gardens and patio, and an on-site café and bar area where residents can socialise with their families, friends and each other. The care team at Rose Lodge delivers a person-centred programme of care with an emphasis on maintaining a homely, warm atmosphere for the residents and their loved ones. A full time activities co-ordinator organises an extensive program of activities, entertainment and events for residents to choose from. The home also enjoys strong community links thanks to its central location within walking distance of local shops, regular coffee morning and luncheon clubs, and hosting charity fundraising and fun events.

Jul 14 2013 My mother is a resident in Rose Lodge and the standards are excellent. Staff really do seem to genuinely care for every resident. I am always made welcome and the manager is very welcoming and really helped me when mum moved in.Overall excellent and there is no where my mum would rather be. Food is very good too!
