Apr 6 2021 My mum was released from hospital to Positive Steps. Unfortunately she passed away here but, thanks to the fantastic care from the amazing staff, her death was a comfortable one. I would highly recommend as your relative will be well cared for here.

Feb 5 2019 My Friend was admitted here after a stay in hospital and the care she has received has enabled her to improve in leaps and bounds, the staff really do care, the environment is friendly, warm welcoming and homely. I have found every one of the staff I have encountered helpful and responsive in my friends care. Hopefully she will in a few weeks be heading back to her own home with a care package in place.

Every single member off staff from the office /care/social worker/mental health kept me up to date and honestly cared about getting my mum back on her feet and to sort out the best care for my mum going forward . Well done to you all I will never forget the help and support you have given to my mum and myself. Thank you all so much.
