Some kind of loud klaxon buzzing away at all hours because residents have pressed the "call" button but staff have not attended. They need to replace this with a light system or sounders just in the kitchen/staffroom. The constant noise of this must be really distressing for residents. There's a really long waiting time for bathing/showers, and for used food trays to be removed, often there's a long wait before anyone answers the front door - not great if you're with an elderly relative and it's tipping down with rain. Quite reasonable looking rooms and fairly clean, so once the staffing issue is addressed this should be a nice home.
