Holly Bush Nursing Home

Holly Bush Residential and Nursing Home was opened in 1994. It is a large private residence which has been converted to suit its current purpose as a residential and nursing care home providing a welcoming residential homely environment.

Holly Bush is situated in a pleasant residential area of Stanmore, Middlesex within walking distance of the local amenities, providing easy access to bus and London Underground services as well as shopping facilities.

The A41, A5 and M1 are only a short distance away.

Holly Bush is an excellent, independently run home offering 24 hour residential and& nursing care of the highest quality and caters for 12 residents with learning disability, aged 18 years and above.

Residents with early on-set dementia can also be accommodated. All rooms are for single occupancy, tastefully decorated and can be personalised with the residents own property to achieve a &home from home& feeling. Each bedroom also has the facility of having their own TV if they so wish.

The home has a large open plan lounge/dining room. This communal area is furnished to meet the needs of every resident and for the residents to interact with each other if they so wish. As Holly Bush is a two storey building, the residents living on the upper floor have access to the first floor via a four person lift.

Holly Bush has a conservatory seating area which leads through to a large pleasantly equipped garden to the rear and car parking spaces to the front which also provides a disabled access ramp to the building.

The staff at Holly Bush appreciate the importance of quality of life. Our home offers a range of activities which covers the residents interests and maintains close links with the local community by local groups being invited to participate in the life of the home.

Our mini bus with wheelchair access enables us to organise outings to places of interest and residents are involved in deciding the venues.
