I was very upset to witness first hand a member of staff shouting at a resident, the elderly gentlemen was clearly shaken by the situation and I am annoyed that this member of staff is still employed here and is clearly disliked by the residents. Overall the home is very well run but I am concerned for my own parent wellbeing and am now looking for new accommodation for them; they should feel safe in their own home. ONE BAD EGG. |

Bleak House took great care of my Great Aunt over the last fourteen years, providing her with the best care possible. The dedicated staff took time to get to know her personally, with all of her quirks and difficulties and took them in their stride. The house is simply beautiful, in a great location with a view of the church and a beautiful large garden to sit in over the summer. When she unfortunately passed six months ago, they were just ad upset as the family, attending the funeral and there wasn't a dry eye in the house when they brought some of the other residents to attend. They also hold great activities such as arts and crafts and birthday parties, which are very inclusive.
I could not recommend the care home any more.
I want to thank the staff for their hard work, dedication and continued support of the family even after my wonderful aunt passed away. Five stars is not a high enough rating. |

This facility is a great place for a person with a disability to live. The staff that work there are very helpful and treat each resident like family. The home's manager always gives 120% and runs it to the best of their ability. It's always important to leave someone you care greatly about in good hands and you will definitely receive the care you need for your loved one here! |
