Oct 6 2017 my wife had a home assessment and went to have a look around the care home. she was promised a room for respite as she has MS, they said to us that we had to wait for the two rooms to be upgraded, when they came available my wife was inform by a social worker that they couldn't meets her needs, the care home is meant to meet the need's of people with disability's.

We’re very sorry that we were not able to provide the respite care that was requested and for any disappointment caused by your visit. As a result of your comments, we have changed our approach so that we are now much clearer with families and funders about the level and complexity of needs we are able to meet through respite.
