Allonsfield House Nursing Home

Allonsfield House is registered to provide care to a maximum of 41 people over the age of 18.

We are a very homely care home in the village of Campsea Ashe we have a purpose built dementia unit for 18 residents and 22 residents in the original part of the home for early stage dementia. We are an old converted farmhouse we still have some of the original features within the home that help us to give the homely atmosphere we aim for here. We have a very nice garden area and especially our fish pond area this is wheelchair friendly also an ideal place for resident and indeed their families to spend time.

We have some events coming up that everyone is invited to, this is an opportunity for people to come in and see what we offer here:

20th May we are having from 2pm an afternoon of music and fun for all. We will be selling afternoon cream teas this afternoon is to highlight Dementia Awareness Week 19th - 25th May supported by the Alzheimer Society donations for the afternoon teas will go towards this worthwhile cause. Please try to come we will be happy to see you and would love to show you round our home.

21st June we are taking part in the National Care Home Open Day please call in any time between 10am and 5pm we will have refreshments also a BBQ, there will be stalls with homemade cakes and others stalls of interest. Elvis will be here at 2pm to entertain. Open day for all please come.

Caring for people with demetia is at the heart of our home we have worked with demetia care matters and are now a butterfly service to offer care with a better understanding of our residetns needs.
