    At Sue Ryder – The Chantry we provide 24-hour support to people living with long-term neurological conditions including acquired brain injury, multiple sclerosis and stroke.

    Our aim is to help residents fulfill their potential. Whether their stay is temporary or long-term, we aim to offer a homely and comfortable environment. As well as providing skilled nursing care, we understand the importance of promoting independence and supporting people in making their own choices. We make sure they are involved in all matters affecting their daily lives.

    • Dementia day service, including a day service specifically for people with dementia and their carers, we call, Synergy café

    • Day service for people with mutiple sclerosis, we call 5Rs

    Helping local people with dementiaWe also operate a Dementia Helpline for anyone living in Suffolk to access information and support. Furthermore, we are also developing local dementia projects looking at what needs there are for people living with dementia and how we can overcome these as a local community.&
