Aug 11 2017 Finch Manor took our mum on in late stages of dementia, she could no longer walk. The unit she was on gave her great care. Very compassionate and thoughtful. We where happy she spend her last months in this caring environment.

The home has taken excellent care of my Father since February 17. The care he has received is superb. i cannot fault them. He is treated with respect and dignity at all times. The staff all call my dad by his first name and genuinely care. They know his likes and dislikes. They know his moods as well. The food he receives is excellent and i always want them to offer me a dinner when i visit, nothing seems to much trouble for the staff. they are alway friendly and happy to help and keep me informed of any issues.

Dec 15 2015 My aunt is a resident of Finch Manor Care Home and I am more than satisfied with the care and attention she receives from the staff. I have always found them friendly, caring, kind and very compassionate towards their residents. The Manager is very approachable and has an open-door policy should family need a chat and advice. A very caring care home.
