Jul 23 2016 My sister lives at Toray Pines and is very happy and settled there. I journey to see her as often as possible and enjoy my visits very much. The staff are very kind and attentive and the home is beautifully decorated. My sister, who has dementia, enjoys many activities and community events at the home, her room is lovely, the food is excellent and the care is outstanding. I have no hesitation whatsoever is giving Toray Pines an extremely well deserved 5 stars. I would give more if possible because they exceed all expectations, the home is exceptional!

The staff are kind and caring and he is happy. The food is excellent and there is always something for him to do. Dad has made lots of friends over the years and he enjoys their company. Best of all he loves chatting to gardener in the beautiful gardens - my dad was a very keen gardener himself and its lovely he can still enjoy his lifelong passion.

Jul 13 2016 Staff not given proper handover, prescribed medications are not being given to patient, medical professionals not called in to see patients and total lack of supervision and accountability by management. Shocking levels really which local hospital are aware of. We are trying to get our relative out of here.
