Martin Hall Nursing Home

My Mother was sent to this home for respite after a fall breaking her shoulder. She was in here 3 weeks until we managed to get her moved. I visited a lot. Each occasion the flies were awful, I counted 7 minimum on her one day. The careers and nurses are so over worked. We were advised to move her by a member of staff, as they said this is an awful place. She asked to go to the toilet each time she needed to go, but she was left to wet and soil her self as they are too over worked to deal with each patient. My mother had never was totally ok in personal hygiene and had never wet her self in her life till she came here. The. Management were never to be seen and need to be thoroughly investigated. be This home needs a thorough checked by the appropriate authority’s. It is appalling and gives no dignity to the poor neglected patients. Flies over the patients food, drinking cups and themselves is disgusting. For the money this decrepid, dirty home charges it is awful.
