Aire View continues Avery’s plan to acquire only the best purpose built homes which meet or exceed the new National Minimum Standards and Aire View has been acquired during the construction process and is due to open in October 2009. The home is located to the northwest of the city centre of Leeds and offers hotel standards of accommodation and service.
All 84 rooms have en-suite style wcs and showers and exceed the recommended space requirements to provide a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere with spacious lounges and serveries to enable residents and guests to make drinks and snacks to make visiting a more relaxed and meaningful experience.
