Elm Bank Care Home

Elm Bank is a care home is situated in a quiet residental area in the popular historis town of Hexham, Northumberland. The homs is situated within easy reach of local amenities including public transport.

The home has a warm and welcoming environment and is well maintained, we have a very caring team who work hard to make everyone feel at home.

It provides personal care and accommodation for up to& 42 people, some of whom have dementia.

We aim to treat all our residents as we would wish to be treated ourselves and believe that, while dementia or confusion might mean they can no longer& live indepentley it should not mean a loss of privacy, dignity or respect.

FSHC& have many years experience of providing expert care to older and vulnerable people in a homely, family atmosphere. Everything is geared towards ensuring that our care homes residents are happy and our overall aim is to provide dedicated, personal care, tailored to individual needs. We provide full support to relatives including the opportunity to visit at any time.

We accept local authority-funded, private & EMI& clients.& Elm Bank Care Home& also welcomes day care visitors too.&

The local area provides plenty of amenities and places of& local historical interest. There are good local transport links and there is also& ADAPT bus WWW.adapt-ne.org.uk available to help our residents access the local community.
