Sep 26 2019 My Mum is a resident at Argyle house she has only been there for 2 weeks but I feel happy they are doing everything to make her life the best it can be. The staff are amazing. The manager is true to his words and gets things done. The first coupe days weren’t without teething problems the main one being the lack of internet connection on the floor mum is on. After explaining how vital it is for her to have the wifi, I live in Canada and it’s how mum and I communicate through FaceTime, he got onto his IT director and within 10 days the problem was fixed. All other issues were fixed within hours. The staff are friendly welcoming and so kind and everyone goes out of their way to help. I’m happy that my mum is safe and being well looked after.
