Dec 24 2014 Our cousin has been a resident at Wheatsheaf Court for at least two years. She is extremely happy. She had experienced a period of disturbance and upset and she received the sort of care and attention and, yes, love, from all the staff at the home Wheatsheaf Court is a place where residents know that they are 'at home' and are valued. In my career I have visited many such homes, as a Complaints Investigator, and Wheatsheaf Court sets a standard of care and attention to residents that I have rarely seen. Our cousin is now in hospital and staff, and ex-staff have visited her. The Home Manager treats our cousin as a family member, as she is of Wheatsheaf Court; a family home .
