Eastlands Care Home

Eastlands Care Home provides personal care and accommodation for 35 older people. The home is owned by County Healthcare Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Four Seasons Health Care Limited.

Eastlands is a modern purpose built care home, set in nearly two acres of landscaped gardens which back onto the local golf course. The home is conveniently situated in a quiet residential location on the outskirts of Norwich.

Eastlands offers a warm, safe and friendly environment where we recognise each resident as an individual and promote as independant a lifestyle as possible. The home is only a short distance away from shops and all other amenities.

All our rooms are furnished and decorated in soft pastel colours to give continuity to the light and very spacious atmosphere of the home. We encourage residents to bring in any possesions to make their room look their own. We recognise that some residents prefer privacy and some companionship, there are both single and double rooms, all of which have en-suite facilities.

All rooms are centrally heated with thermostatic controls for personal preference and TV points are provided in each.&

There are two spacious lounges, the main lounge that has a TV, piano, music system and access to our gardens at the back. The smaller lounge has a TV and a conservatory which leads& into the gardens.&

We have an excellent and experienced care team who are trained to provide the highest standards of care.

Eastlands is referred to as a community within a community. The home is recognised with a high reputation and is often recommended by our G.Ps, District Nurses and other visiting professionals.
