My mother lived here for c.14 months until she died, and I was a frequent visitor. The care provided (in the widest sense) was always absolutely excellent. The staff are wonderful; very good at their jobs technically, but to that they add a large amount of empathy, friendliness and good humour. Residents are spoken to nicely, hugged, patted, encouraged and made to feel good. The staff get to know family members. There is an excellent programme of activities for residents. Building is clean. |
