My 95yr old mum went to bridgeside Lodge Aug 2013 after contacting shingles which led to her losing the use of her legs & being in a wheelchair. She had always been very active & looked after herself
Myself, brother & sister, 1 of us was with her all day
The staff, cleaners, care workers, nursing were fantastic to everybody
They couldn't do enough, so patient & kind
It is more of a nursing home then a care home
Watching them feed people who didn't or couldn't eat was inspiring
I am writing this because of listening to the bad publicity care homes get
Regards
