Dec 16 2013 An excellent residential home. Always clean and no awful smells you find in some homes. Staff are very caring and thoughtful, nothing is too much trouble, even when they are short staffed which is sometimes inevitable. My father has been there 8 years and it has become his home, which he says he never wants to leave. This home proves that elderly residents can be cared for with dignity and respect, given the right management and training as well as regular investment to maintain the premises to a high standard. Meetings with residents' relatives provide opportunities to question the management and provide feedback, which is very welcome. We continue to be very satisfied with this home. Well done to everyone there.
