Jul 13 2017 I wrote to this care home months ago with a request for information on behalf of someone else (potential service user) and to date have had no response. It would take someone 2 mins to pick up a 'phone and respond but this didn't happen. They must be very fortunate indeed if they feel that they can potentially turn away clients.
