Jul 1 2016 Staff provide a wide range of tasks for clients, and try to be as positive as possible. Good efforts by nursing staff to keep medical care relevant to changing circumstances. Location is good for transport for visitors. Visiting is encouraged, and helps staff inform you about your relative and your relative's condition or worries. Queries or concerns are handled positively in my experience. Communication is good, and information is passed on by phone or in person. Clean rooms. Ventilation is good. Food fine, with in-house made dishes even better. My only comment from what I have seen is that there is little time for staff to provide general company for a client, to have much conversation without having to give drugs etc. However, some staff do try.
