Nov 30 2016 Cannot recommend this enough. My mother was really looked after and her needs were met. They cared, supported, listened and had empathy. The home has beautiful grounds, rooms lovely warm and cosy and always a welcoming helpful face around.Will always be grateful for everything they all did.

Mum was only there for a week over Christmas before she passed away but she had a lovely bright room and felt safe and happy. All the staff right through from the matron, nurses, carers, laundry staff and cleaners were so kind to her and to us as a family and they cared for mum with extreme kindness, dignity and compassion.. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us through our sadness.

Mum has only been there a short time but we already know this is the right place for her . All the Staff are so friendly and caring and well trained to deal with the various difficult needs of the residents.The Matron is always on site and available to talk over any concerns as are all the Nurses and Staff in Woodlands Block where Mum is. She has a lovely room overlooking the gardens and the food is very good too. I would recommend the Home to anyone looking for nursing care for their elderly relative. Thank you to all the hard working Staff and not forgetting the laundry staff behind the scenes and of course the Maintenance staff who are currently doing an excellent redecoration job in Woodlands Block.
