Mar 14 2014 I have an elderly relative who is in hospital at the moment but will need to go into a care home. I phoned Ellesmere House to make an appointment to have a look around.I went to the appointment yesterday at 3pm. I found all the staff we met to be very friendly & polite the manger was very informative & showed us round they were very pleasant & polite. The accomadation was very a large bright room the dinning area & other areas where lovely & very clean I was very inpressed with Ellesmere house & just hope my relative will be lucky enough to become a resident
Original Comment Report...Ellesmere HouseBy: Anonymous Rating:.. Aug 12 2016 Our Mother had two periods of respite in Ellesmere House care home. The home is lovely, warm safe and friendly. The staff and management are excellent. The carers and nurses are extremely well trained they are kind and genuinely caring. The environment is lovely and very homely. My mother enjoyed her periods of respite at Ellesmere. She felt safe and very well looked after. Following these two periods of respite, our Mother and all of our family have chosen Ellesmere as the very best care home for our Mothers long term care. Wee highly recommend it as an excellent care home. Rosalind.
