Sunnydale

sunnydale is a lovely setup but the home was misguided by the hospital for my needs and support and my physical needs were not fully met due too needing a air mattress and personal care in my care plan and physical care needs were not fully understood and they were not fully laid out in my care plan from the hospital ether I felt very lost unsure of myself and unhappy despite other residents clearly very happy there and content kept well and healthy varied diet and activities. The team did try and get me to settle down into sunnydale way of life but I could not cope but I sadly left for good after four days but its not a bad place by any means the manager is a amazing manager that goes head over heels to get things right for residents but for me as I said sunnydale wasn't for me. But I do recommend others to try it out as all staff very approachable and caring. my regret is that didnt feel brave enough to stay on and get better for myself there. The home is lovely place and highly recommend others to try though. I writing so anyone thinking of leaving a home like sunnydale think twice before running as they are there too help in a big way. In the teams defense I wasnt well enough or ready to be rehabbed and to the managers defense she saw this but hospital would not help but they did try and I wish the home all the best and all my love DA
