My mum has dementia and is currently a resident in the home. In my view the care home is brilliant, mum is well looked after and the staff are great with her, mum also feels settled their. I visited mum today and she was saying how lovely the place is and how she would give it a 9 out of 10 score as theres always someone to talk to and the food is great and the staff are great !The staff have been fantastic with mum who took a bit of time to adjust and settle. They were very patient and caring towards her. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff either. The home is very clean and tidy inside, the gardens are lovely and well kept too. Im so thankful mum is in this home ! |
