Ogwell Grange Residential Care Home

Ogwell Grange is a wonderful, caring and kind residential home. The management team are professional, knowledgeable and attentive. The hands-on care team are really quite remarkable. I say this because of their ability to show patience, love, dignity and compassion to every resident - without fail. My mother is a resident (2 years now) and I cannot speak highly enough of the team. The food, the rooms, the general surroundings, the individual stimulation for residents, the varied outings and musical activities and the general 'home from home' feel is simply first class. The team at Orwell Grange have become a part of our family framework and I cannot thank them enough for the kindness and compassion they show to my Mum, and equally my Dad when he visits to spend time with her each day. All I can say is 'Thank you' for making my Mum feel like a valued individual who is treated with kindness and dignity.

Ogwell Grange feels like a 'home from home'. The location is wonderful - feels very tranquil. I made a visit during the daytime to view the facilities and services on offer and was very impressed. The dining room is a great focal point with views looking onto the gardens. The lunch served up on the day looked nicely presented, nutritious and wholesome. I also liked the garden room where residents can enjoy the views towards the moor. The staff were very professional and friendly and guided well by the care manager. I would certainly recommend Ogwell Grange to anyone looking for a high quality residential care placement .
