Nov 17 2016 Before putting Mum in this home, I visited 5 different homes in Surrey. This home is bright, clean and very spacious. Lots of various activities to suit all needs, great external entertainers, cheerful, honest, loving and patient staff make happy residents.The meals are varied and of excellent quality. The Manager continually provides information and is open to criticism and suggestions and acts promptly. The Nursing activities coordinator works very hard to stimulate every resident and encourages them to take part in activities. They work hard to welcome the new and introvert residents. The nurses are very diligent and will inform the family of any concerns no matter how small. Its like one big family. My mum is well cared for and has improved so much since she moved to the home early last year. All our friends who visit Mum comment on the home being a great place.
