Mar 5 2019 This care provider cares for my sister and has done so since 2004. She has Down's Syndrome. She is really happy at the home and the care she receives is second to none. She is treated with respect and all of her needs are taken care of, physical, mental and emotional. We would have no hesitation in recommending this care home.

She is always clean and tidy when we see her, and she happily speaks to us each week on the telephone. Communication with the staff and with management is excellent. My sister is encouraged to undertake those tasks which she is capable of, including personal hygiene, keeping her room tidy and helping with household jobs. This is all very good for her, She is looked after emotionally and feels that she can go to staff if she needs to talk about anything. The staff also watch her weight and keep a watch for any developing health conditions. We are very happy that she is with Brand Homes as we do not have to worry about her wellbeing. We would recommend this home to others.

Whenever they attend our events, the members are always happy, smiling, calm and enjoy themselves in the company of their carers who are also happy, friendly and very supportive. The members are always well presented and appear to be well cared for. I regularly see the same staff which means that there is continuity in the care which is good for all the residents.
