Mar 18 2013 Norwood Green care home is excellent; I cannot speak highly enough of the staff there. They give me peace of mind that my Grandmother is being well looked after, and the carers genuinely care about the residents. Communication is excellent. The home is kept clean and tidy. Resident's personal care and appearance is excellent. The staff are friendly and patient with the residents, and nothing is too much for them. It is a very personal service. Would highly recommend without reservation.
