Our relative has been at New Court Place for many years and we have seen a lot of improvement over the past few years. The staff are very helpful, friendly and particularly caring. We are regular visitors at all times of the day and service and attention is good. Quality of food and meal times is excellent. Good focus on activities for residents who have a wide range of needs and ages, which isn’t easy. Trips out, bbq and always a Christmas party for residents and relatives. All residents seem to care for each other too. Led by a good management team. |
