The Manor House Nursing and Residential Home is registered to provide accommodation for up to 50 people requiring nursing and/or personal care. The home is centrally-located in the village of Chatburn in the beautiful Ribble Valley. The village has good local amenities including a primary school, a church and a chapel, a post office/general store, butchers, takeaway, hairdressers, florist, ice-cream shop, two beauty salons, two pubs and a garden centre with cafe.&
The home has& three lounges, a large conservatory and three dining rooms. There& are two& passenger lifts and& two stair lifts providing access to the upper floors. The grounds are accessible to clients and car parking is available on site.
We have a full range of regular activities taking place in the home including regular religious services of various demoninations, exercise classes, craft sessions, musical entertainment, reminiscence quizzes and art therapy.& We also arrange regular outings& which have included barge trips on local canals, visits to the& Southport Flower Show, and musical shows at the local church, schools and The Grand in Clitheroe.
