Jan 19 2017 This new care home is particularly well designed, which affords excellent accommodation for elderly people. The care is given to all residents to the highest standard. There would appear to be a very adequate staff to resident ratio. At every visit the residents always appear happy and well cared for

Sep 16 2016 The care home is bright, lovely and airy, my mums room is on the ground floor overlooking the colourful garden a joy to walk round and sit together. Mum and I can make a coffee in the cafe area, it is just perfect. The staff are kind, caring and polite, they make my mum feel special and that makes her calm. The management are exceptional. I am so happy my lovely mother is at Hayward Care Centre, they do an amazing job.
