    Since my previous review I am pleased to say that all our complaints have been resolved. Sharon Gray has taken over as Manager and there have been several changes of Staff all for the better. Over a cup of coffee and a chat with Sharon our problems were soon resolved. Hindson House is now a stress free and pleasure to deal with the personal care is excellent so we are all now very happy

    Will not accept basic instructions like One tablet taken twice daily and have to have spelled out by GP what part of the body Incontinance Cleanser is to be applied. Same problem with Sudacrem Cream . Also if you wish to go on holiday while your Loved One is cared for your Respite Dates are not confirmed until April making it difficult if not impossible to get a booking. We find Hindson House very stressful to deal with. After jumping through all their Hoops you need a break to recover from the Thousand and one petty rules they insist upon. How did we survive at JDM for 24 years without all this.
