Aug 21 2019 I visited this home recently and was waiting to see the manager In reception. The staff were amazing to the residents I watched and was so impressed with the attention they gave.nothing was too much trouble,I ihad appointment with the manager and fed this back -she is very interested and working towards building the homes reputation. She is new to ravenswood and doing an excellent job. Ensuring staff are trained to highest level. .fantastic home .Marie Vickers Acorn

May 2 2018 Honestly speaking, looking to out my mum in care was one of the hardest things I had to do, went to so many places before Ravenswood and they just made me feel SO comfortable that I knew my mum would be in the best hands! People always have something to moan about, but there will be staffing issues wherever you go, I work in hospital and I know exactly what it can be like! But the girls here and all the staff will bend over backwards to help you in any way they can! They really do go above and beyond and I just want to recognise them for their efforts! Well done to the whole team you do a great job and my mum could not be happier!!
